MANIFESTO - Policies
By His Excellency, Ambassador, Dr. WINSTON MCKENZIE

1. Abolish ULEZ in Inner & Outer London
Statistics do not prove ULEZ has had any meaningful effect on pollution in London. I will not introduce a "Pay-per-mile" policy.

2. Introduce Alternative Green Policies
I will achieve a Greener London by:
Commencing new Carbon Capture Schemes with green hedging along pavements to capture exhaust emissions from passing vehicles.
Encouraging businesses to green the outside walls of their establishments, increasing carbon capture and returning oxygen into the atmosphere.
Re-appraising road strategies to reduce congestion and pollution by unblocking useable roads and allowing traffic to flow freely wherever possible.

3. Police
Our Police Force will undergo systematic re-training, accompanied by an improved wage offer to retain established good officers at all levels. I will introduce Entrepreneurial private funding to re-brand, re-train, and re-schedule an excellent multi-racial police force we can be proud of.

4. Housing Policy
Paying particular attention to family accommodation and housing for the homeless, disabled, infirm, and veterans through collective joint-ventures with big business, charities, and voluntary agencies. Embracing short-term facilities for Rough Sleepers and individuals with mental health problems and drug addiction, including washing facilities, personal storage, and medical support.

5. Transport For London TFL
Maintaining the One-Day Travel Card as a permanent choice.
Re-introducing Kiosk staff, Cashiers & Station attendants to consider the needs of the elderly and disabled who rely on public transport, not only during rush hours.

6. Create Alternative Energy Systems
Such as solar panels and wind turbines above railway stations to promote sustainable energy sources.

7. Youth
Increasing leisure activities for youth outside of school hours, including youth clubs, cadet groups, and community projects. Private Entrepreneurial funding has been sourced to support this agenda. Investment in local groups and leisure infrastructure will be prioritized.

8. Employment
Encouraging Londoners back into the workplace through a new Humanitarian Agricultural Policy that will introduce 250,000 new jobs over the next five years. Employment status is vital to alleviate poverty and promote family cohesion. Voluntary work will also be encouraged to retain national identity and promote rational thinking and interaction.

9. Anti-Flooding & Cleaning-up Project of the River Thames
Commencing a project to part-dredge sections of the River Thames to collect obstacles below the low-tide level and deepening the river in sections to avoid disturbing underwater habitats.

10. Clean up London's streets
Challenging anti-social behavior with Litter-Picking & Sweeping Teams, Street Washing Runs, and General Public Repair Works. Additional covered bus shelters and public toilets will be provided. Community Orders or low-level offenders will have the opportunity to participate in supervised voluntary work in high-visibility jackets as an alternative to jail, contributing to cleaning up their communities.

11. Business Investment
Recognising the importance of business acumen in running London, I will invest an initial £500,000 through my sponsors to rekindle hope in our beloved city.
